Vision
To make a difference in business, politics and the community.
By facilitating interaction and dialogue between its members and conservative political parties, The 500 Club strives to ensure Australia is governed according to conservative principles which nurture a vibrant free enterprise economy.
Mission
The 500 Club members support free enterprise and want conservative political parties in power at both a State and Federal level. Funds raised through membership subscriptions and an annual program of events are primarily provided to aligned political parties to support their pre-election campaigns.
As per the Constitution, The 500 Club was established to :
- Provide a central reference point for members and other persons who support free enterprise objectives to meet and exchange views and ideas.
- To provide financial and other support for conservative political organizations and representatives supporting free enterprise principles.
- To establish and support programmes designed to improve the relationship between conservative politicians and the business community and conservative politicians and members and other persons.
- To co-operate with other associations, institutions and instrumentalities with objectives similar to those of the Club in providing a joint approach on issues of concern for the members of the Club.
- To arrange meetings of the members of the Club with conservative politicians, business executives and others for social contact and the promotion of better understanding.
- To do all other such things that may be conducive to the attainment of the foregoing objects.
