The 500 club is proud to introduce the Future 500 membership. Tailored towards young owners, managers and professionals, 18-35 years of age, this membership offers a plethora of networking and professional development opportunities.
To become a Future 500 member,, you need to be referred by an existing member. This process ensures members are proactively interested in the Club’s activities and aims. Upon referral by a member, you will be contacted by The 500 Club CEO. Your application is then presented to the committee for approval and endorsement.
Event Description - For members and their guests of up to 250 pax, hosted at a venue (preferably owned by one of the 500 Club members and subsidised). This is a ticketed stand-up event, with drinks and canapes. May or may not have a guest speaker and if so then usually it will be a Member of Parliament.
Event Objective - A relaxed stand up event with the primary focus being networking amongst our members, business leaders and Members of Parliament in an intimate setting.
CAPTAINS OF BUSINESS, INDUSTRY AND POLITICS WORKSHOPS
Event Description - For members of up to 40 pax, hosted in a private space/venue/boardroom. A captain of business/industry or politics will lead the workshop and provide hands on advice and expertise in their select field. Workshops are interactive and ticketed.
Event Objective - Developing business and political skills, networking, interacting and learning from business, industry and political leaders.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLIC SPEAKING WORKSHOPS
Event Description - For members in groups of up to 12 pax hosted in a private space, in the 500 Club boardroom or a member’s private boardroom. A 500 Club member or an engaged media professional to lead a workshop focusing on professional presentation and public speaking. Cost will vary according to the professional engaged. Light refreshments offered.
Event Objective - To offer members professional development and public speaking skills development that will assist in their professional and everyday life.
WINE APPRECIATION NIGHTS
Event Description - For members and guests of up to 50 pax hosted at a private or public venue, preferably owned by a 500 Club member. This is a ticketed event. Event Objective - Wine appreciation nights are all about learning about the fine qualities of wines, wine etiquette and networking.
